- Earn Points: Get points for every purchase, plus bonus points for booking online or referring a friend as of March 1st, 2025!

1. What is the Customer Rewards Program?
Our Customer Rewards Program is a loyalty initiative designed to reward our customers for trusting us with their wellness journey. By participating, you can earn points on your purchases, which can later be redeemed for discounts.
2. How do I join the Customer Rewards Program?
You’re automatically enter into our rewards program when you create a Mindbody account. You will start earning points as of March 1st, 2025. It’s quick and free to join! You’ll need to provide your basic contact information to create an account.
3. How do I earn points?
You earn points for every purchase you make. The number of points you earn depends on the amount spent. You can also earn extra points through booking online, or referring friends.
4. How many points do I need to earn a dollar?
1000 points equals $1.
5. How can I track my points?
You can track your points through your online account, or by asking a Wellness Coordinator at your next visit.
6. How do I redeem my points?
Once you’ve accumulated 5000 points or more, you can redeem them for discounts at checkout.
7. Do my points expire?
As long as you have an active Mindbody account with us, your points will never expire!
8. Can I combine my rewards with other promotions?
Points can be combined with other discounts or promotional offers unless otherwise specified.
9. Can I transfer my points to someone else?
No, points are non-transferable and can only be used by the account holder who earned them.
10. Are there any fees to join the Customer Rewards Program?
No, the program is completely free to join. There are no hidden fees or charges associated with the program.
11. Can I earn points if I use a gift card?
Yes, you can earn points when using a gift card for your purchase, just like any other form of payment.
12. What happens if I return an item?
If you return an item, the points earned from that purchase will be deducted from your account.
