Heng graduated from the Massage Therapy program from MH Vicars School and the Manual Osteopathic Therapy program from the Manual Osteopathic College of Canada (MOCC).  She builds therapeutic relationships with her clients by listening to and providing treatment for their unique issues. She believes in the efficient healing effect in a connected mind and body. She is passionate about using massage and manual osteopathic therapies to help others.

Heng specializes in Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point, Swedish Relaxation, Sport Massage, Hot Stone Massage, Prenatal and Postnatal Massage, as well as applying an integrated approach to assess, treat and restore the body’s structure and rhythm through Manual Osteopathic Therapy.

She is dedicated to helping her clients restore balance, relieve pain, and improve overall well-being through thoughtful, evidence-based care.
