We commit to enforcing our cancellation, credit card, non-refundable deposit, privacy, and exchange policies. We respect your privacy and pledge to maintain the confidentiality of your personal information. All personal information you share with us is maintained in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Law. We accept Canadian dollars for our currency.
Cancellation Policy:
Scheduling an appointment is the reservation of time put aside specifically for me. I acknowledge a mutual understanding of the value of our time. I understand that at Wellness on Whyte, a minimum of 72hrs notice is required to cancel my ‘Day in Sanctuary’ and/or RTT appointments while a minimum of 48hrs notice is required to cancel all other appointments. If I do not give the required notice, I agree to for my credit card on file to be charged the amount of my deposit or 50% of my appointment price, whichever applies.
Credit Card Policy:
Wellness on Whyte will require all clients to have a stored credit card on their client profiles, 48 hours prior to a booked service. Each client, will be sent, via text, a secure link to enter their credit card data. Alternatively, it can be collected in person.
Non-Refundable Deposit:
$100 Non-Refundable Deposit is required for New to Acupuncture, Initial Facial Rejuvenation Acupuncture, Initial Homeopathy Consultation, Initial Birth Chart Consultation, Initial Transits Consultation, and RTT/Hypnotherapy appointments.
Privacy Commitment:
Wellness on Whyte deals with client’s personal information, thus we follow a rigid privacy policy. We have all clients sign a consent form giving Wellness on Whyte staff permission to view personal information for treatment purposes only. Client information is not left unattended nor is it viewable by other clients. If you have any questions in regards to our privacy policy, please contact us.
Returns & Exchanges:
We have a 14-day return/refund policy for our clients. Products that are unopened and in original condition can be returned for a full refund within 14 days. Please provide a receipt and the credit or debit card used to make the original purchase. Please call ahead to receive instructions for your refund as not all staff are able to process returns and refunds. Custom herbal formulas and gift certificates are non-refundable.
Services are exchange only. If you are unable to make your appointment and you follow our cancellation policy, we can change the date for your appointment without any additional charges. If you wish to change your service type, it must be of equal or lesser value and again must correspond with our cancellation policy.
