As a Pisces and a projector in human design, I find it easy to pick up on the energies and emotions of the people around me. Though this can be a beautiful thing, making my intuition strong, sometimes it can also lead to feelings of overwhelm or heaviness. To help bring me back to my heart centre, I love to use our I am Love roller. I apply it to the insides of my wrists and over my heart chakra after a shower. Sometimes after a day of being around a lot of people, I find it helpful to connect with water in some way, either with a shower or bath, or to go for a swim. It feels like the water helps wash away energies that don’t belong to me, and I always feel refreshed after. I find immersing myself in water always feels even more therapeutic when the moon is in a water sign. Then, inhaling the scent of “I am Love” almost immediately centers me back in my heart and my body, calms my nervous system, and lifts my mood. The ylang ylang and sweet orange act as a natural antidepressant, while clary sage and chamomile calm the nerves, allowing me to sink into the sensations of my body, rather than get caught up in the swirling thoughts of my mind. I am not the resentments that may have accumulated throughout the week. I am not the stress or anxiety of a daunting to-do list. I am a spark of bliss, pure radiant energy, the spirit of my inner child, a laugh in the middle of a dream. I am love.
