Reiki Sound Bath Meditation 45 min
A guided meditation paired with the soothing sounds of the tongue drum create a tranquil environment for the body and mind to sink into a deep state of relaxation. Combined with Reiki, an energetic healing technique that activates the natural healing process of the body, this is truly an immersive experience.
The infrared sauna decreases inflammation, detoxifies the body, increases and improves circulation, decreases joint and muscle pain, improves skin tone, speeds the body’s healing process, aids in weight loss, improves cardiovascular function, reduces stress, and improves sleep. This service provides one person with 30 minutes in our infrared sauna, plus 15 minutes of grooming time. The private space is yours for 45 minutes in total.
